SEASONAL RATES

Rates are based on a family unit of four people, two adults and two children under the age of nineteen. If there are less than four people in your family, you will be allowed guests to make up to four people.

Waterfront Deluxe	- $2,815.00
Waterfront	- $2,515.00
All Others	- $2,385.00

OPTIONS

Extra child (over 3 years - under 19 years)	- $2.00 per day - $35.00 Seasonal
Seasonal Guest Pass	- $100.00
Second Car on Site	- $5.00 per day - $50.00 Seasonal
Daily Guest Fee	- $6.00
Overnight Guest Fee	- $9.00
Winter Storage	- $175.00*
Outside Refrigerator	- $125.00**
Air Conditioners	- $5.00/day (or $50.00/month) when turned on**
Electric Heaters	- $5.00/day (or $50.00/month) when turned on**
Electric Hot Water Heaters	- $50.00 per month**

*Late Fee of $25.00 assessed if payment is received after the end of the season.
**No charge if electric meter is in the name of the seasonal customer.

CAMPING RATES - (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Three Way Hook Up	- $36.00 daily - $217.00 weekly - $750.00 monthly
Electric and Water Site	- $31.00 daily - $185.00 weekly - $620.00 monthly
Campsite Only	- $27.00 daily - $150.00 weekly - $500.00 monthly

Each site rental includes a picnic table and fireplace.
These rates are subject to a 9% rooms and meals tax.
